PingWind Acquires Exeter Information Technology Services!
PingWind, Inc. has completed the acquisition of Exeter Information Technology Services, LLC (Exeter) as of January 17, 2023. Exeter will be held as a wholly owned subsidiary of PingWind, Inc. With the acquisition, PingWind adds a new Department of Defense (DoD) portfolio to its business, as well as expanding its federal civilian agency customer base. This portfolio provides highly specialized mission solutions that clients turn to for domain expertise in Enterprise software development, systems integration, and cybersecurity services. It expands PingWind’s geographic presence in 11 states including Alabama, Kentucky, and Florida, as well as internationally in Latin America. Click the following for the full press release:

SFL/TAP Contract Win!
Exeter has won an ITES-3S task order providing Onsite IT Technical Support for the Soldier For Life/Transition Assistance Program (SFL/TAP) office at Fort Jackson, SC. Exeter previously held a prior version of this contract under ITS-SB and now provides SFL-TAP support at Fort Jackson, Fort Campbell, and Fort Bliss under 3 separate prime contracts.

TPO ATIS Contract Win!
Exeter was awarded a contract by the Office of the TRADOC Proponent Office Army Training Information System (TPO ATIS) to support the Army Training Information Architecture (ATIA) legacy applications. Exeter will be providing analysis and customer implementation support; functional reviews; governance board support; and Tier-2 help desk support. Our staff will primarily be located at Fort Eustis, VA.

New ITES-3S Labor Categories Added
Twenty-six additional, in-scope labor categories have been added to Exeter's ITES-3S contract. The additional labor categories expand ITES-3S offerings to include new categories and skill levels in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Services, Cybersecurity Services, Data Services, Application Systems, and Information Technology Services. Many of the new labor categories include advanced functional responsibilities for scientists and architects. The Exeter Information Technology Services ITES-3S Ordering Guide has been updated to include the additional labor categories and associated hourly rate tables.

Successful CMMI-DEV and CMMI-SEV Level 3 Appraisals!
Exeter continues its commitment to quality with recent independent assessments of Exeter's CMMI processes for Development and Services using the new and more exacting CMMI 2.0 model. Auditors evaluated 24 Process Areas, which resulted in Exeter being assessed as executing these processes at Level 3 of the Capability Maturity Model. Although we have maintained our CMMI Level 3 assessment for Development since 2010, this is the first time our processes for Services have undergone this independent assessment.

USTRANSCOM Award!
Exeter is pleased to announce the award of a 4+-year subcontract to support a USTRANSCOM Prime Contract under C5T Corporation at Scott AFB, IL. Exeter will primarily provide continuity of operations and emergency management support, plus support Mission Assurance programs and functional activities. With the award of this program, Exeter has established a local office supporting Scott AFB to better support numerous forthcoming USTRANSCOM programs.

Congratulations to Tami Olson on her 2020 Excellence Award!
Exeter Government Services is proud that our Headquarters Army Contracting Command (HQ ACC) Program Manager, Ms. Tamara “Tami” Olson, was recognized by the Northern Alabama Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI-NAC) for Project Management Excellence at their 2020 Excellence Awards ceremony on 16 April 2021.

Exeter Opens New Huntsville Office!
Exeter is excited to announce the opening of an office in Huntsville, Alabama! The opening of this office reflects Exeter's strong commitment to our local employees, our current and future clients located on Redstone Arsenal, and the larger Huntsville community. The office is located in Cummings Research Park at 5030 Bradford Dr. NW Building One, Suite 230. A Grand Opening Celebration and Open House will be planned once circumstances allow for larger gatherings.

Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC) Re-award
The Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC) re-awarded Exeter a contract to provide support to the SAS Retrieval Applications Website (SAS/RAW). We have been providing this support to AFPC for nearly 5 years and this award will allow us to carry on for another 5 years. Our staff will continue to provide systems sustainment, systems development, information services, and systems operations. This is our first award on our new AF SBEAS IDIQ which is the follow-on to our successful NETCENTS-2 contract.

Army HRC Cybersecurity Support Services Award
Exeter was awarded a new 4-year contract to provide cybersecurity support to the U.S. Army Human Resources Command (HRC) at Fort Knox, Kentucky. Exeter has been supporting HRC for the last 2 years. We will continue to conduct risk analysis and risk/vulnerability assessments, optimize processes to meet IT security-related goals and strategies, and perform gap analyses. This award is the direct result of the tremendous work by the Exeter HRC team.

HQ ACC CIO/G6 Award
Exeter was awarded a contract to support the HQ Army Contracting Command (ACC) Chief Information Officer/G6. The Information Technology Support Services contract is for 5 years and is valued at $54.5 million, making it Exeter's largest contract and the second largest ever awarded to us! The majority of the work will be performed at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama, and will include governance, cybersecurity, enterprise operations, records management, mission applications, collaborative information environment, and contracting operations knowledge management.

Exeter SME to Speak at NIST Event
A member of Exeter’s NIST National Vulnerability Database (NVD) team has been selected to be a Guest Speaker at NIST’s Hybrid Cloud Information Day. Our team was key in the migration of NVD to AWS and is now operating in that environment. The event is intended to provide all potential NIST users insight into the current status of the environment, user capabilities, and current and future initiatives.

Exeter Receives Air Force Space Wing Award
Exeter was awarded a contract by the Air Force's 45th Space Wing at Patrick AFB, Florida. We will be upgrading an existing GIS application to include Crisis Command (CC), Facilities Infrastructure Assessment Tool (FIAT), and Base Visualization Tool (BVT). Exeter will analyze requirements, and develop, test, and deploy the required software. We will also perform targeted product training.

NETCENTS-2 Full and Open AFPOA Win!
Exeter was awarded a 5-year contract by the Air Force Personnel Operations Activity (AFPOA) at the HQ Air Force Personnel Center, Joint Base San Antonio. Exeter will provide program management; requirements and application development; field support; operations and data center support; cybersecurity and software management; and life cycle management.

NIST NICE Contract Award
Exeter was awarded a NIST contract to provide programmatic and technical services in support of new initiatives to improve communication and engagement with academia, industry, and government with respect to cybersecurity education. The National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) will enhance the overall U.S. cybersecurity posture by accelerating the availability of educational and training resources designed to improve the cybersecurity skills and knowledge of students and workforce.

Exeter Wins USSOUTHCOM Subcontract Award with GDIT
Exeter has been awarded a subcontract under General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), supporting the United States Southern Command’s (USSOUTHCOM) Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES) contract. This new work will modernize and normalize information technology for SOUTHCOM combatant command blue terrain in the cyber warfighting domain to ensure an interoperable and defensible architecture. SCITES has a total estimated value of $761.6 million, with a 7-month base period with six 1-year options. SCITES is Exeter’s fifth contract supporting SOUTHCOM since 2014.

Exeter is a Team Member with G2 on NIST IDIQ Win!
Exeter is a member of the G2, Inc. Team that was awarded a contract by the NIST Information Technology Laboratory's Computer Security Division to provide information security and cybersecurity services. The NIST Cybersecurity Research, Development and Implementation (CRDI) IDIQ contract has a potential 5-year performance period and is valued at $70 million.

Significant Contract Award! ITES-3S
The U.S. Army Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) in coordination with the Army Contracting Command, Rock Island (ACC-RI) has awarded Exeter the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-3 Services (ITES-3S) contract. Under this 9-year IDIQ, we will be providing a full range of services and solutions in support of the Army Enterprise infostructure and infrastructure goals with IT services in CONUS and OCONUS locations, including warzones.

Exeter Participates in "Stop Hunger Now" Program
Exeter recently participated in this program, which packages and ships meals to people in need. Volunteers packaged bulk food, producing 1,500 bags to provide 10,000 meals to hungry people. Participants included TC-AIMS II team members, Exeter leadership, teammate Lockheed Martin, and our government customer, AMIS. Exeter has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification, further solidifying our commitment to quality in our daily management practices and in the delivery of service to our customers! Exeter Re-awarded Air Force AMARG Contract
Exeter was informed that it re-won its contract with the Air Force's 309th Aerospace Maintenance And Regeneration Group (AMARG). For the next 5 years, Exeter will continue to operate, sustain, develop, enhance, and support the entire AMARG Business System (ABS). This is Exeter's second NETCENTS-2 Application Services Large Business IDIQ award.
